Mappemonde, Systemes Planetaires

E. V. Monin made the “Atlas Universel de Geographie Ancienne & Moderne en 42 Cartes” circa 1832 in Paris. Bright colors highlight regions on these small, but detailed maps. This hand colored, French map illustrates the eastern and western hemispheres and the orbits of planets in the solar system. The names of regions, important cities, mountain ranges, lakes and rivers are identified. These old maps are in very good condition with unique outline coloring.
