This hand colored map was made by O.W. Gray and Son in 1882 for “The National Atlas”. This map illustrates the railroads and counties of Pennsylvania. In the north, it extends as far as Lake Erie and New York; in the south, it extends as far as Maryland; in the east, it extends as far as New Jersey; and in the west, the map extends as far as Ohio and West Virginia. Regions within state are distinguished by bright pastel color. Other details include the names of regions and important cities, and illustrations of rivers, lakes, and mountains. A fine map for any railroad enthusiast!
