Each folio includes topographic and geologic maps of a certain area, together with a descriptive text.”Published by the United States Geological Survey in Washington. These folios include a great deal of information regarding the topographic and geologic structure of the cites and towns that are listed. This folio for Pyramid Peak, California was published in 1896. Maps included are: Topography, Areal Geology, Economic Geology, and Structure Sections. This atlas is in good condition with worn edges, a library stamp on cover, and some tears throughout. It is held together loosely in its original paper cover.”
