This German of southern South America was made in 1881 by Adolf Stieler for Stieler’s Hand Atlas. Parts of Chile, Argentina, Patagonia, Tierra del Fuego. Regions are distinguished by beautiful hand painted outline color. The map is very detailed, showing major topographical features and many place names. Insets show the vicinities of Lima, Santiago, and Valparaiso.
