This hand colored map was made by Adam and Charles Black for “Black’s General Atlas” published in 1851. Map shows the world’s longest rivers and talles mountains, includes many details. Mountains are distinguished by tan, brown, blue, and green color which is well maintained for the age of the map. The impression of the press used to engrave the map is still visible.
