This coastal survey was printed by the U.S. Naval Oceanographic Office in Washington D.C., from U.S. Naval surveys to 1941 British, French and Netherlands Survey’s between 1824 and 1939. Ariel photography by U.S. Navy in 1944. This is a 1969 revision of the 1950 printing. Details include the names of cities and waterways along the coast. Depth soundings are shown in fathoms. Other details that may be included are lighthouses and buoy positions.
