Vintage Antique Montana
Art Source International has amassed a collection of authentic antique maps and images brilliantly highlighting and detailing the state of Montana, which borders Idaho, Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota, and the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. The state is home to many natural sites including the Absaroka and Beartooth Mountain ranges, which are a part of the central Rocky Mountains, roughly 3,000 named lakes and reservoirs such as Whitefish Lake, and Glacier National Park. The western portion of Yellowstone National Park can be found in the state. The Lewis and Clark Expedition of 1804-1806 made the explorers the first American group to cross the Montana landscape. There are seven Native American reservations in Montana including; Flathead Reservation, Blackfeet Reservation, Rocky Boy’s Reservation, Fort Belknap Reservation, Fort Peck Reservation, and the Northern Cheyenne Reservation. Art Source International reproductions and vintage maps can be ordered framed or without a frame.
