Lower Egypt with the Peninsula of Mt. Sinai
Out of stock
This hand colored map was made by Adam and Charles Black for “Blacks General Atlas” published in 1851. There are two maps on this page. The map shows Lower Egypt with the penninsula of Mt.Sinai. Regions are distinguished by green, blue, pink, and yellow coloring-very well maintained for its age. Other details include the names of regions and many cities, and illustrations of mountains, rivers, and lakes. The impression of the steel plate used to engrave the map is evident.
