This image captures the romantic history of many important homes, businesses, farms and landmarks in 1874 Minnesota. The portraits of Lumber Dealers are shown, including: Geo. H. Warren, G.W. Houghtaling, Geo. B. Judd, Charles Bean, Jacob Bean, Orange Walker, Asa Libby, Isaac Staples, and Levi Butler. Also illustrated are portraits of Merchants, including: Hon. WM P. Brown, S.B. Barteau, Thos. P. Kellett, H.P. Packard, Sam E. Adams, Capt. E. L. Baker, and Valentin Eppel.
