Surveyed in 1905, this beautiful topographic map of the Controller Bay region, Alaska, was issued by the U.S. Geological Survey. This map stretches from Martin River Glacier down to Controller Bay at the Okalee Split. The dark colored regions indicate areas of workable coal seams. Land contours, rivers, mountains, as well as oil wells and tunnels are also indicated. This would be beautiful framed for any familiar with the area.
