This hand colored map was made by O.W.Gray and son in 1881 for “The National Atlas”. Africa is illustrated on this map. An inset shows the Delta of the Nile, and another shows the Island of St. Helena. Regions are distinguished by color. Other details include the names of deserts, states, rivers, lakes, and identification of tribes.
