This river map was compiled from surveys made in 1870-’71, and from surveys made under the direction of S.T. Albert in 1885, and the U.S. Coast Survey in 1864. This map features various shoals along the route, along with man-made and natural features such as Weldon Landing, Bridger’s Ferry, Bell’s Bar, Shell’s Landing, Clarke’s Landing, Little Rocky Bar, among others.
