Railroad and Township Map of California
Out of stock
This detailed, well-maintained map of California was issued in George F. Crams “Standard American Atlas” in 1884. Cram identifies myriad finished and unfinished railroad lines and township lines within the state. A pastel green depicts the state’s borders while infinite bold red lines highlight the counties. It also painstakingly marks numerous rivers, mountains, mills, sand dunes, Native American reservations, lakes, bays, towns, springs, mines, and more. In the inset, the map shows San Bernardino and San Diego. An insightful glimpse of California in 1884!’
