Very rare black and white example of Covens & Mortiers plan of Ostende, Belgium. Many ships shown offshore. The view shows the walled city of Ostende which appears to have been located right on the river. Not far upstream was another wall fortification labelled Fort St. Philippe. Any help out there on this old fortification.
