Settlements of the 13 Colonies

This map of the United States – Exploration was produced by George F. Cram for “Cram’s Modern Atlas – Deluxe Edition,” published in 1901. The maps from this atlas are more detailed then the maps from most other Cram atlases. The George F. Cram Company was established in 1869 and the Cram name quickly became synonymous with accuracy and innovation. Cities, towns, major transportation routes, and topographical features are noted. This is an unusual map showing the settlement of the 13 colonies, the dates of settlement, by whom, and where. Also shown are numerous Native American tribe locations and some historically significant event locations. This map would make a great resource for researching the history of the United States.
