Rare map of Southern Luzon Showing Portion of Theatre of Operations, 8th Army Corps. Commanding General, Major Elwell S. Otis. This map of Southern Luzon is extremely rare and considered to be one of the most detailed maps to come from the war. It was published during the height of the Philippine-American War, (1899 – 1902) and details many cities, towns, villages, telegraph lines, roadways, rivers, and islands. Topography is also shown from of the area from Alabat Island and Camarines Norte to Albay and the San Bernardino Strait.

Condition: This map is in excellent condition, there is very slight age toning at folds and two very minor .5'' tears at fold.
