This hand colored map is from the “Modern Harrow School Atlas,” pulblished in 1877 by Edward Stanford. A portion of London and its suburbs is illustrated on this beautiful map. Details include major roads, railroads, important cities, rivers, and lakes. The majority of the map is black and white while some borders, roads, water bodies, parks, and rail lines are highlighted in bright outline colors. This map shows Lower Sydenham, Southend, Beckenham, and Bromley.
