This charming antique pictorial map was published in 1935 by the famous mapmaker & illustrator, Ruth Taylor (White). These illustrated maps came from the atlas, “Our U.S.A – A Gay Geography,” with text by Frank Taylor & the maps done by Ruth Taylor. Ruth Taylors maps have become increasingly rare. Her whimsical maps are bold, colorful, and full of life; showing the local feel, cultural stereotypes, industries and activities of the area. These maps have become very difficult to find and would be a great addition to any map collection.
