Teaneck Englewood and Ridgefield Townships (New Jersey)

We are proud to offer for the first time this historic map of Teaneck, Englewood and Ridgefield Townships, Bergen County, New Jersey from A.H. Walkers very rare “Atlas of Bergen County New Jersey. 1776-1876.” Teaneck was created on February 19, 1895 from portions of Englewood and Ridgefield Township. Both townships have been split and dissolved into other boroughs and townships (Englewood Township existed from 1871-1899/ Ridgefield Township existed from 1871-1904). This detailed map shows landowners by name, important buildings, and railroads. Walker’s atlas appears to be his only cartographic production.
