This report was prepared by the Board of Engineers for Rivers & Harbors of the War Department and the Bureau of Operations United States Shipping Board. It was printed in 1931 by the United States Government Printing Office in Washington. This particular report focuses on the port of Wilmington and ports of the Delaware River below Philadelphia. The report contains information on the port & harbor conditions, port customs & regulations, port services, charges, facilities and much more. It also has 4 black & white prints of the various aspects of the Wilmington port. One fold out black and white print of aerial mosaic photograph of Wilmington including section of Delaware River to New Castle. It also includes 2 fold out maps 1: Port facilities of Wilmington 2: Port facilities of localities between New Castle and Philadelphia. The book is in good condition with normal wear & tear. It does have pencil markings on the front cover.
