This report was prepared by the Board of Engineers for Rivers & Harbors of the War Department and the Bureau of Operations United States Shipping Board. It was printed in 1938 by the United States Government Printing Office in Washington. This particular report focuses on the ports of Philadelphia, Camden, & Gloucester. The report contains information on the port & harbor conditions, port customs & regulations, port services, charges, facilities and much more. It also has 9 black & white prints of the various aspects of the ports. There are 2 fold out black and white prints, 1: Aerial mosaic of Port of Philadelphia, including Camden and Gloucester. 2: Camden waterfront between Victor Wharf and Camden Coke Co., showing Municipal Beckett Street Terminal. It also includes 3 fold out maps & graphs, 1: Delaware River, Trenton, New Jersey to the Sea 2: Railroads serving the ports of Philadelphia and Camden 3: Port facilities at Philadelphia and Camden. The book is in good condition with normal wear & tear. It does have pencil markings on the front cover.
