A view of the Boulder Milling and Elevator Company buildings at 1830 11th Street, Boulder, on 18 Feb. 1931, soon after a fire at the mill. Many people are viewing the disaster. A fire truck is still on the scene, and a hose crosses the streetcar tracks. The Sternberg family built the Boulder Milling and Elevator Company mill at 11th and Walnut Streets after their first flour mill at 26th St. and Boulder Creek burned down.
