This photo is taken from the corner of 15th and Pearl Streets in Boulder, facing westward, in 1922.  Thomas and Lulu Hussie owned Boulder Bicycle Company, first located at 1420 Pearl Street. By 1906-7 the business had become a bicycle and auto business. By 1908, it was known as Hussie Automobile Co. The address changed slightly over the years: 1442-48 Pearl (1911), 1442 Pearl (1914,1916), 1445 Pearl (1921, 1923). In 1923 Maurice T. Hussie, believed to be Thomas and Lulu’s son, was listed as the owner of the business. In 1926, Hussie Service Station was listed at 1505 Pearl Street.
