This photo shows the Power house, with passengers on a streetcar and one trailer, located close to Arapahoe & Broadway. People and a dog standing on the tracks. One empty trailer also near the Boulder Electric Light and Power Company at 1629 Broadway. The opening run made stops at the Boulder Depot, Boulder Electric Light and Power Company plant at 1629 Broadway, on the Hill in the 1100 block of 13th Street, and at Chautauqua Park.
