Capitol Livery Stable, 2000 block of 11th street. The Capitol Livery Stable (also called Capitol Barn) at 2018 11th Street. The photo shows 11 people posed with horses and buggies. The livery stable was built by George Squires in connection with the Boulder House hotel which he owned from 1868-1872. Squires owned the livery stable until 1907. It was razed in 1909, which was the year Squires died.
