This photograph features 3 men standing on a bridge next to a grain silo in Boulder. Colorado State Mills was a flouring mill built by Emma Yount in 1877. It was also known as Yount Mill, Boulder Farmers’ Mill and McKenzie Mill. It was on the site of an earlier wooden building, the Red Rock Mill. Circa 1890-1902.
