This map of Pueblo county, Colorado was compiled from surveys and official records, and was mapped by the county surveyor, V.G. Hills in 1888. This detailed map shows landowners, school districts and voting precincts. It also includes a map of Bessemer, as well as a table of elevations, indexes, notes and illustrations of significant public buildings. Bessemer was one of four adjacent towns settled after the Colorado Gold Rush in 1859. It was later merged into the city of Pueblo.
