Canvas: This paper is an acid free, lignin free, heavyweight cotton-poly blend, with 23 mil thickness. This elegantly textured canvas features a matte non-reflective surface with a bright white point, exceptionally high Dmax and a wide color gamut. The canvas base is enhanced with elastic polymers providing high tensile strength and flexibility for gallery wrap stretching without cracking. If you are looking to frame a print in a non-traditional way, canvas works well with our reproduction maps because of its great texture and feel. Canvas is generally wrapped on wooden stretcher bars to create a thick, box-like look.
