We are proud to offer for the first time this historic map of Mahwah, Hohokus Township, Bergen County, New Jersey from A.H. Walkers very rare “Atlas of Bergen County New Jersey. 1776-1876.” Hohokus Township was in existence from 1849-1944, before it was split and dissolved into other boroughs and townships. This detailed map shows landowners by name, important buildings, street names, and railroads. Walker’s atlas appears to be his only cartographic production.
