Approaches to Amoy

This coastal survey was published in November of 1936 by the U.S. Hydrographic Office ( N0. 1322, 13th edition). The approaches to Amoy on the east coast of China are illustrated. Details include major roads, the names of important cities, depth readings, a description of the material found on the ocean floor and depth readings around the coast. A description of the Chinese system of bouys and beacons is provided, as well as popular routes and occasional comments on qualities of the area.
