This chart showing Flags of All Nations was produced by George F. Cram for “Cram’s Modern Atlas – Deluxe Edition,” published in 1901. The maps from this atlas are more detailed then the maps from most other Cram atlases. The George F. Cram Company was established in 1869 and the Cram name quickly became synonymous with accuracy and innovation. Here we see the standard flags of many nations of the world brightly colored. There are several flags from empires since gone, such as China, Persia, and Orange Free State. A handsome and attractive piece.
