Drawn up by the U.S. Engineer Office Chicago, IL. July 10, 1889. Sent to the chief of engineers, W.L. Marshall. This map features true and magnetic meridian lines, Lake Michigan, Calumet Harbor, and various natural and man-made features such as the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad.
