It’s uncommon to find maps for some small cities in New York State, as the Big Apple remained the center of attention. This map of Rochester was actually published by the Sampson & Murdock Co., which was based in Rochester. It is an accurate and clear map of the town showing us streets, railways, city boundaries, as well as points of interest. Condition is very good, with some minimal notation in the downtown area from a previous owner.
