Accompanied by Descriptions Geographical, Historical, Scientific, and Statistical”, made in 1875 by O.W.Gray in Philidelphia, Pennsylvania. The states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut are illustrated on this beautiful map. An inset shows the environs of Boston at a greater scale. Vibrant pastels distinguish between counties. Their names, the names of states, and those of important cities are given- mountains,rivers,railroads, and major roads are also shown. This map is in excellent condition with only slight age toning at the edge of the page and bright color.
