Part of Australia, Comprisin the Settled Portions of New South Wales and South Australia
Out of stock
This hand colored map was made by Adam and Charles Black for “Black’s General Atlas” published in 1851. The settled areas of New South Wales and South Australia are illustrated on this map. An inset shows Norfolk Island. Regions are distinguished by green, blue, pink, and yellow coloring-very well maintained for its age. Other details include the names of regions and many cities, and illustrations of mountains, rivers, and lakes. The impression of the steel plate used to engrave the map is evident.
