Patagonie et Detroit de Magellan- Terres Australes
Out of stock
M. F. A. Garnier made the “Atlas de Geographie” in 1862. The maps in this atlas would frame nicely due to their extraordinarily beautiful hand coloring and title plates and their large margins. Patagonia is illustrated on this map with pastel pink, yellow, blue, purple and green coloring used to distinguish regions. An inset shows the South Shetland Islands at the same scale as the main map. The names of regions, possessions, important cities, island chains, mountains, rivers and lakes are identified in French.
