This map of Napa County, California was done by Harry Freese and published by Thomas Brothers circa 1940. This is one of the earliest maps of Napa County that we have seen. It shows the area from Knoxville through Calistoga township and St. Helena, past Napa and down to a portion of Vallejo. Also included is an inset map showing California by county. Details on this map include roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, canals, mines and quarries, hotels, churches, schools, factories, and much more. The counties are divided into the city grid.
