This vibrant map of Lime Hills, Alaska was created by the United States Geological Survey, as part of the Alaska Topographic Series. It was first drawn up in 1958, and later revised in 1983. The United States Geological Survey publishes topographic maps of the entire United States. These maps are often used as the basis for other commercial map products and they serve as one of the best tools available for navigating the countrys wild and urban terrain. This map shows contour lines (lines of equal elevation) which depict natural features of the land, as well as streams, trails, mountain ranges, national parks (including Lake Clark National Park), roads, and other geographic features.
