The color-coded key indicates regions of Protestant, Roman Catholic, Greek Church, Mahometon, Decayed Christian Churches, and Heathen. Inset maps show British N. America, India, Guiana and West Indies, and South Africa. Extremely rare. We found no other copies of this map sold in the last 20 years.
